At Kyrene de las Manitas, Innovation Academy, we don't have one-teacher, one-room, four-wall classrooms. We have multi-age learning studios where teams of educators work for the success of all students in the studio. The studios are open and dynamic, with fewer walls and a variety of learning spaces, all equipped with state-of-the-art technology and furniture designed for flexibility and collaboration.

Every Learning Studio now has a Class Dojo sight. Class Dojo is a student management system where students can earn points for positive behaviors such as being on task, following directions, helping others, etc. Families who join are able to see how their students are progressing in their development of these skills as well as learn about studio information. Studio educators also post information and pictures to their Class Dojo sight.
Students’ individual behavior is recorded so they are able to visually keep track of their behavior and take responsibility for their actions in class.
